H1B expired, need suggestions
Hello,
I have a question regarding H1B transfer and extension.
My visa stamping was done on December 2013 and I worked in US with my H1B from January 2014 till September 2014.
My visa and petition got expired on August 2016.
Now my husband is travelling using his H1B. I am willing to work in US but my current employer does not have any opportunities for now.
So, can I travel in H4 visa along with my husband and find a job in US and get the H1B transfer\extension (my case would be both which is converting from H4 to valid H1B and I have an expired H1B).
Will companies in US be fine to sponsor for cases like my scenario?
I am asking this because even renewal of H1B getting scrutinized like a fresh H1B nowadays?
