Hello,
I have a strange case for me. My H1b was expiring on 2/28/2017, so I filed the extension and yesterday I got the approval. In my approved extended i-797 the validate dates are incorrect, its showing my extension is valid from
2/28/2019 till 1/24/2020.
Look like just its a typo error, since the difference is exactly of 1 year.
Please suggest what should I do, as is this common case; at lat how much time will it take for correction.
