Hi Guys,
My visa is going to expire in 2 and half months. I am under same employer and preparing to file extension now. Listening from different sources that recently almost 60% are getting RFEs and rejection rate has also increased.
Now a days are they denying more ? Should I have applied extension earlier. Please could you share some guidance and experiences.
I have been is USA for more than 6 years and have a approved I-140 which was used for last extension also. Though I did not get 3 years extension.
