    I-797 question

    Hi all
    I am travelling to india.My husband is on H1 B (I797 expiring in dec 2006).I am on H4 visa.He changed his job last year.I want to know do i need to carry I797 at the port of entry while coming back(I m coming back in july).Any inputs will be appreciated.
