Hi,
I need to travel to India on 1st Feb 2018. I was working on H1B and the end client laid me off on 29 dec 2017. I have taken H1B stamping dates in India for 7th Feb. I am looking for a new project in USA now since Dec 2017 but as the market is not good these days, I am not getting good opportunities here. My questions is Can i still go for H1B stamping on 7th Feb even if I dont have a project? or carrying the documentation from my project that ended in 29 Dec since I have filled all the details from that project only in DS160?
Also my spouse H1B is pending with USCIS since 11 months now. Shall i take the risk to go for H4 stamping?
