Need of Previous Blanket L1 visa approval notice (I797 Form)
Hi,
I had L1-B Visa with my previous employer - approved on 2009 . I had traveled twice for the duration of 7 months each. My visa got expired on Sep 2012.
Now with my current employer, H1-B nomination for the year 2018 in progress.
For that they are asking the copy of my previous L1 visa approval notice (I797 Form).
But my previous employer is not sharing the document stating that the I797 form is company confidential.
Is the Petition Number alone will be enough or please let me know how to overcome and proceed with my H1B nomiation.
