HIB Visa stamping

I am currently on H1B Visa but never got the visa stamped in my passport.I was on F1 visa but did not complete my Master's degree and worked on PT and got my H1B visa and have been working on H1B for the last 3 years.The last semester of my school I was denied admission because of my grades and my Master's transcript says 05-23-03 "Denied further admission" and my PT started on 07-30-03 .

I am now planning to got to Toronto for my visa.Is this an Issue?
