  • I 94 date is different with old and new passport

    Hi,
due to my passport was expiring I got initial i94 till end of jan 2018. I recently entered us again with new passport and the i94 date is updated as visa expire date.
But, I still see the old i94 date when i entered old passport number and with new passport number I can see new date (i94 date = visa expire date). Will that be a problem, having old passport record still shows up there?

No. That old I-94 is no longer valid as you have left the US. You entered with a new I-94 and that is your current I-94.

This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.
