Regarding the H1B transfer once it gets approved.

Hi all,

I am working for Employer A and he filled H1B in 2017 and I have a Employer B and he also filed H1B for me as a future employment. My H1B got picked with employer B and got approved( approval notice yet to be received). Now currently I am working for employer A and I need to transfer H1B from employer B to A. What if transfer process gets denied. Can I still work for employer B? and what if employer B doesn't accept the transfer? Please some respond ASAP.
