H1B and H4B Visa Eligibility Criteria for Dropbox

I have a H1B which is expired in last 6 months and I qualify the criteria set for the dropbox application, where as my spouse her last H4 Visa stamp has been expired for more than 12 months. I am looking for advice on how to proceed on the following questions( apply for Chennai consulate):

a. In ustraveldocs website, should I add my Wife's application as well and submit both at the sametime in dropbox? or

b. Should I do dropbox for me and then apply for my spouse for consulate interview ?
