Hi,
I am currently having H1B with staffing company and also have i140 approved. My client is a non-profit organization and they are willing to offer full time, sponsor my H1B visa and green card. Could anyone help clarifying my questions below?
1. I guess the transfer process is same as regular H1 and can i use the current i140 to get the extension while transfer? Because i have only 6 months left in my 6 year.
2. After years of working with non profit company, Can i come back to profit company anytime in future without going through the lottery process again?
