H1-B Doubt

I am currently on my OPT EAD extension (Valid untill 2019)and I got my H1 picked in 2017 and was asked for RFE twice and the second RFE was submitted 2 weeks ago and still waiting for the response. Leaving that aside, i am currently working as contractor with my employer YYYY and the end client is YYYY . Now my end client YYYY offerred me a full time opportunity, Now my question is can i accept the full time opportunity ?? My H1-B is in progress...... Can anyone please help me with some guidance... ?

You should really wait until your current H1B gets approved.
