H1B Stamping for Amendment
Hey,
I came to USA in Nov 2016 under H1B category and my employer had to file amendment on the very same month because of following 2 reasons and it approved by March 2017.
1. End client changed. Due to certain reasons I had to work directly under the employer for their product hence the location also changed
2. Employer name changed from A to B. But it is the same inc., employer in USA
I am traveling to India for vacation and returning in March 2018. I still have the old H1B stamping with employer name as A in my passport which is valid until August 2018.
Should I undergo stamping again before entering USA?
If someone could clarify my doubts it will be really helpful. Thank you!
