Hi,
am trying to schedule visa interview for my wife , who's is my dependent in H4 visa. Whenever I try to enter her information using a new email id or existing email id, and picks it up as if I (H1B visa holder) is applying for the visa interview. I already have visa stamped on H1 visa. I need to apply for my wife's visa renewal date.
I am on the website https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/...&country=India
When I try using a new email id, it tells me that there is another email id registered with these details, and makes me to switch to that account. When I log to that account, it has my name in disabled state; so I can't put in her information there.
