Hi There,
I've a pending 498a case on which I've a non bailable warrant and an active LoC.
I've received a temporary suspension order from High court on the LoC (Look out Circular) and returned to India. Airport authorities released after verifying the court order.
We both agreed to settle these cases amicably but you never know and not sure how long would it take to get these things sorted out legally from courts.
I've received my extension approval and i need to go for stamping this time and i'm eligible for Dropbox.
Would it be OK if i go for stamping when I've an active LoC? I know that Indian Airport authorities do get notified when they verify the passport at POE.
But do the embassy also get this information when we handover our passport for stamping?
I would really appreciate your help/information on this.
