Hi All,
Me and My dependants(spouse\kid) H4 Visa expires on May 7th 2018 and they are planning to travel to USA on April 16th 2018 from India.I am currently in USA.
My employer already started my extension process in normal processing and there is no way that it gets approved before my family comes to USA.but my wife and kid extension will be filed separately once they are available in USA.
Will there be any problem for them at port of entry as they have I94 valid till 3 weeks?
