A special case that I can't find info from the forum
I got lots of information from this forum but I can't find too many details for my case.
I got H1 approved at May 2017 and I was working at another country for same employer so my H1 hasn't been activated (consular processing) yet. This year I was laid off and the employer isn't willing to help to process my H1 before I leave. If I find another job in US with similar title and salary, can I use my old cap to work for new company without waiting for another H1 lottery?
