Hi Everyone,
I had a bad experience with my H1B stamping at Toronto. Here are details
Interview date: 12/12/2017
Visa Type: H1B
Color of 221G slip: Yellow
Additional Documents requested: Digital copy of Resume with Masters Degree project details
I sent resume on same day after returning from consulate. After that they asked for same think 3 times. So, I submitted my resume 4 times so far and whenever I sent them email I get a handwritten email response which says ? Thanks for providing document. We will update you one review is completed. Please note that We do not have any control on pace of Administrative processing and don?t know how long it can take?.
I am FTE with I-140 approved from my previous employer. It is almost 2 months since I am stuck in Toronto. Please share if anyone else had similar experience and let me know if something can be done to expedite the process.
