H-1B Recapture
Hello!
My H-1B was going to expire before the PERM approval would be ready, so I left the country with 25 days left on the H-1B so that they can get recaptured later when I return to the US when my PERM is approved. If I travel back to the US under Visa Waiver before H-1B recapture application is filed, does it mess up my recapture days? In other words, would the days I spend in the US under the Visa Waiver as a tourist count toward the days left on my H-1B?
