H4 going to stamping, Do we need H1(FTE) client letter?
HI,
H4 Spouse is going for Visa stamping. H1 is an FTE with Company A(US Company). Since he is an FTE, no need of client letter i guess as we get it, if he is an contractor?
Planning to get an Employment verification letter from Company A though. Do we need any other document from the company or anything similar to client letter?
Please advise.
