Hi,
My H1B petition status shows Withdrawn.
When I contacted my employer, he says there is some mistake and their lawyers are going to appeal against it.
Also, one staff of my employer who works on H1B filing told me that my status or some info on my status shows that it was denied.
He said that they have received many declined petitions and believe that it is USCIS mistake.
He also said that they will appeal for it, however, if I am serious or desperate rather, then I can file for it again starting April 2018.
Please advise what can be done in my case.
