Non profit H1B job switch

Hello Everyone,

I am currently on non profit H1B visa working in USA. If i want to switch to another non profit organisation, will they just transfer my current H1B ? Also what are my options of switching my job to a for profit organisation? Can i apply for a for profit H1B visa while I am working on a non profit H1B visa? Do people on non profit companies switch to for profits?
