H1B denied and applied consular process

Hi All,

Last Jan 2018 my H1B extension got denied, my I-94 got expired and my employer applies H1B in consular process , and i got receipt also, if i get H1B approval in next week, am i eligible to attend VISA interview in Mexico or Canada or jamaica. My stamping date on passport expired.

Please help me on thing. Thanks in advance.

I am also on same boat and still waiting for hard copy, can you guys please let me know what you did ?

attended interview in Mexico/Canada or India. Also if we have to attend in India are we eligible for dropbox or do we need to attend the interview for sure ?
