H4 ead RFE received
HI,
Really appreciate if someone can answer below query on urgent basis. Thanks in advance!!
I'm on H1b status and my spouse on H4. My spouse has applied H4 EAD in november 2017 and we received RFE asking for H1B documents I797, I129, I94 and passport stamped entry/exit pages.
We have responded back to USCIS and provided them all documents that was part of RFE. USCIS has received RFE response but issue is we need to travel to India on urgent basis. So Is it possible if H1 holder can travel to India and come back within one week while EAD is still in process with USCIS?
