Hey guys,
Was wondering if anyone has been through this. My previous H-1B was stamped in 2015 and expired in July 2017 and was under Petitioner1.
In Jan 2016, I joined Petitioner2 on an H-1B transfer.
In Aug 2017, I joined Petitioner3 on an H-1B transfer.
And now in Jan 2018, I joined Petitioner4 on an H-1B transfer - and I am going to stamp the visa under Petitioner4.
According to the Dropbox document list,
- Photocopy of previous I-797 (only if the last visa stamped on the passport and current petition have a gap of more than one year) - should I only give a copy of the I-797 corresponding to the previous stamp (Petitioner1), or to be on the safe side should I just dump copies of all the I-797's? I _could_ just dump them all in to be safe but it could become information overload and trigger them to call me in for an interview.
cheers,
~d
