Hi,
I have two petitions with one having expiry date of 05/19/2018 and other one with 05/18/2021 (starting from 05/20/2018).
I am planning to go for visa stamping to India in March . Which petition should I mention in DS160 form-the old one or new one.
I will be flying back to USA before expiration of current petition.I would like to know if I will submit both the petitions during the interview-Will I get extension as per the latest petition or the current petition and if I get extension as per latest petition,will I be able to travel to USA before start date of new petition?
And will there be any issues with stamping or at port of entry?
