    Working on H1-B after H4 EAD expires

    Hello All,

    I am currently employed on H4 EAD and my employer is filing for H1-B (noncap). My H4 EAD expires on 05/03/2018. Can I work after 05/03/2018 if my H1-B petition is pending?

    I would appreciate any insight into this situation.
