I94 and Amendment approved old date with approval notice sent 3 months later
Could you please give your valuable suggestion on the below case:
My H-1b visa is valid till Jul-31-2018 and I94 admit until date as Aug-09-2018 .
Due to project location change, LCA-Amendment was filed by my employer in March-2016.
After getting RFE 2 times on this amendment, got the approved amendment on Dec-28-2017 with the I94 validity till Sep-10-2017 and petition approved till Aug-31-2017.
But in I94 online portal, I still see the date as Aug-09-2018.
My employer filed an extension+amendment on Jan-19-2018, as I have been continuing in the same project.
Could you please confirm If I am eligible to stay in US and work now (from Sep-2017)?
Also, if I can travel to India in next month for vacation?
