Current Visa and I-94 Expiring on March 02 With Employer A.
Employer A agrees to File Extension on 26 Feb (Petition will reach to USCIS) but employment with A is terminating on March 1.
Employer B has filed Transfer in PP but I am joining B on March 2 on Receipt No.
Q If Petition with B gets Denied can i come back and rejoin A?
Should extension will have positive result if i am no longer with A after march 1 while extension documents (petition) will be reached to USCIS before that.
