Fresh filing H1B through ShreeSpot, Ahmedabad India.Any reviews ?
Hello Everyone,
I am planning to file H1B through ShreeSpot consultancy based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat (www.shreespot.com) for FY18-19. I am in testing for last 13 years.
The company is asking for Rs 1,50,000 initially through NEFT. If not selected in the lottery, they will return Rs 75,000 by Oct 18. They are also willing to provide rejection notice soft copy by Sep 18, but with the sponsor, name greyed out(if not selected). They are committing all this by written agreement. They have asked me to provide signed soft copy as well as hard copy signed on each page by registered post.
Whats troubling me is that they are not willing to provide sponsor name AT any cost until the candidate is selected in the lottery.
Please share the reviews about this employer/consultancy or any past / current experiences.
Anyone planning to file them this year / filed last year please share information.
