Annual Gross wages are 40% more in W2 than LCA ?

Hello Experts,

I am planning to visit India next month -March 2018 Is there any issue due to Annual gross income showing more in W2 than LCA due to additional bonus?

is this going to impact/raise any additional queries during VISA stamping? this was not a concern last few years back, but now a days there were couple of queries on Wage level difference in recent days.

Please advice.
