Hi All,
My last employer A sponsored GC and i got I140 approval in Jan, 2017. After I140 approval, i worked with Employer A until Dec, 2017 (10 months with same employer A after I140 approval). Now i moved to Employer B and waiting to restart my GC process second time based on my existing PERM current date.
My questions: 1. How long i can wait to restart my GC process second time.?
(I know my current date will come after 7-8 years as per the current processing times)
2. What is the best and worst timelines to restart GC process with employer B.?
3. Can i move from Employer B to Employer C (after some time) and restart GC process second time if Employer B delays GC process.?
