I work for company X and recently got an offer from company 'Y' which i signed and accepted and my visa transfer was done and approved to company 'Y' and i declined the offer from company 'Y' 1 week prior to to my date of joining. I am still working for company 'X' and getting my payroll from 'X' as well. The reason i declined 'Y' was because same week i got an offer from company 'Z' which was better so i accepted it, company 'Z' is going to start my visa transfer from my current employer company 'X'.
I am aware that an H1B visa holder can do any amount of vis transfers. But since i was close to my Date of joining but never joined.
Do i have to be worried about my current employer status or i9 status or anything although my very first employer 'X' is till now issuing my payroll and i have a valid visa with 'X' till this year end.?
