    Can i stay beyond H1 - 6 years, if Extended Visa given

    Hi,

    My L1 B and H1 combined ends by March 31st 2019, but Visa given until Dec 31st 2019. If i take my entry & exit dates, i will have another 40 days.

    Can i stay until Dec 31st 2019 or i have to go March 31st + 40 days, that will be May 1st week 2019.

    My wages filed just now, if i get my labor before March 31st, Can i stay? Please advise.
