Hello - Please help me with this query. My Client Location is going to be changed but its within same MSA(within 3 miles). My Employer, End client remains same. My Employer said that they are going to file LCA amendment but No H1b Amendment.
Also my current jobtitle is "Computer Programmer" which seems discontinued & no longer eligible for H1B visas. Employer said that they are going to change my jobtitle as well while they ammend my LCA for Location change.They said within same MSA, you can change you jobtitle without change in H1b amendment.
Please answer my two queries:-
1)Please let me know if H1b Amendment (Amending H1b petition) is required for Location change within same MSA (Same client and employer)??
2)Please let me know if H1b Amendment (Amending H1b petition) is required in this case for Title change along with Location change within same MSA (Same client and employer)??
