I have been working for company A under H1B since 10/2016. I transferred to another office within the same company in 08/2017 and hence my company had to file an amendment to my visa. I finally got a response from USCIS a week ago: RFE to prove that my position requires a bachelor's degree + missing ETA Form 9035 document regarding the LCA.
We have until the 04/29/2018 to respond. I think we will be able to prove that my position requires a bachelor's degree but I don't see myself working for this company anymore.
1) If I don't send the paperwork before joining company B, will my H1B be cancelled?
2) If I send the paperwork, join company B and then USCIS responds that the H1B amendment is denied, would this affect the petition from company B?
Many thanks everyone!
