OPT to H1b Degree evaluation
Hi there..!!
I have a degree in Bachelors in Pharmacy, though I have Experience in Software engineering for 6 years and also did my Masters from Stratford University, VA; which doesn't count at all by USCIS.
My Employer wants to File a H1B this year and asks the same question regarding the Degree evaluation as my current role is as an Software Engineer.
How can we proceed for filing my H1B petition. Please suggest
