Urgent..Need Advice regarding Multiple Employers with H1B
HI Guys,
I have a scenario below, can you please help me in
1. My current employer is A, applied for 3 weeks vacation and started working with Employer B completed 1 month tenure with B
will there be any problem if I return back to Employer B in case of any RFE or Denial with my transfer case with Employer B
2. Consider if an employer C applied for transfer from my Employer A
will there be any problem If I move to employer C from B in case of RFE or Denial
3. Will there be any problem if 2 pay checks are generated by multiple employers for the same period.
