I was working on H1 B visa for company A valid until October 2019. On dec 2017 I received another offer from company B. I left company A on Jan 4 after I received receipt notice for visa transfer. Company B rescinded their offer on Jan 30 with the visa transfer petition under RFE. Company A applied for petition to be revoked on Feb 20 which is under review. What's my current status and until what date can I stay in US without accumulating out of status?
