CoS from H1b to L2, L2 EAD
Hi,
I am currently on H1B and my employer is initiating the my visa extension as its expiring in June 2018. My spouse is on L1b individual. As recently there have been many cases of H1b RFEs and Rejections , I am planning to get my L2 initiated as well and apply for EAD once L2 is approved.
Can I have two petition submitted (H1b Extension and L2 ) during the same time?
If yes, should there be any particular order of submission for these petitions?
Will it(having multiple petitions initiated) create any issues in the processing of either petitions?
Please advice.
