Hi All,
I'm in H1B and have my first extension up-to Sep-2019 with current employer. Planned to change my employer and anticipating "H1B transfer" soon (may be April 1st week) with New Employer. I would like to visit India in May 2018 after I got the H1B transfer.
I may work few days for my new employer before travel to India.
1. Is there any chance of problems with my stamping?
2. My wife and son in H4. Do I need to do any paper works for them, since I'm changing the employer.
