Dear experts,
I have my h1b interview scheduled in London this month (I work here in London).
I am afraid that my current employer WILL NOT issue me an experience letter whatsoever (I work for an Indian company).
I will be fired if they figure out that I am going to attend US Visa interview.
I understood from **** ** Forums posts that its possible to get references from coleagues in case the employer is troublesome like mine. Moreover I will submit prrofs of employment such as Payslips for last 6 months, bank statements showing the salary being credited every month, Tax Return Form for financial year as well.
Is it wise to do so or would it raise further suspecion to the visa officer if I submit reference letters from coleagues? Should they be notarised or can they be simply on our company letter heads?
Also please correct me with the format of the same too:
