I have an H1 with a company A from 2004 through Jan'2007.
Now i worked for that company for some time and then returned to India on July'31st 2005.
Another company B applied for a fresh H1 for me on Aug 11,2005
which too got approved while i was in India.
Now I arrived in US on May'2006 with the same company(A's) visa and petition and
did not use Company B's petition at all.
Q>Can I apply an H4 for my wife using the Petition from Cmpny A and the latest I-94.
Q>What do i need to do to move to company B
