Hi All,
My H1B stamped visa is going to expire on April 4th 2018. and have my extension approved till sep 2019. I was confident that i would be eligible for Drop box as my stamped visa is still valid.
But i got a confirmation from my Employer (they got from US Consulate) that i need to go for Interview. My question is how safe is to go for interview as per current situations keeping in mind below:
1) Am i BSC (Bachelore of Science with - Mathematics, Computers and Statistics as my mojor subject). Heard now a days Bachelor degree holder are getting rejected mainly non Computer back ground.
2) i was with Company A till 2016 and shifted to Company B and working till date . Both are Indian based reputed companies.
I still have 2 yeard out of 6. I thinking should i travel in this situations ? If in worse case if the stamping gets rejects i will miss my 2 years. how safe is to travel and get visa stamped now ?
Suggestions would be greatly helpful.
