Currently, for me there are 2 cases pending with USCIS. My I94 got expired on 27th Dec, 2017.
1) Amendment to work in ABC location for ABC client - This was filed on 19th May, 2017.
2) Amendment + Extension to work in XYZ location for XYZ client - 13th December, 2017.
I would like to process the second case that is for XYZ location in premium mode. If this gets approved and at a later point the first amendment gets approved in normal mode what are the different implications there?
- will I be able to work for client XYZ?
- extended period that have given as part of 2nd case will be nullified by the 1st case?
