Hi,
I had one year more of of h1b 6 year period after July 2018. So my MNC firm's Immigration Law firm applied for extension.
I got RFE. After submitting response to RFE, it got denied last week (week ending 17 March 2018).
The immigration firm says they can not disclose the denial reason.
This sounds absurd to me.
Can any one please suggest, if USCIS provides the reason? If Yes, does the immigration law firm should and must share the information.
