Hi,
My L2 EAD is expiring in June 2018.
My organization is applying for my H1 from the past 3 years but i have not got through the lottery.
They are applying this year (2018) as well.
My husband's company does not want to renew his L1 this year due to issues they are seeing.
I have 2 questions:
1> In case my H1 gets picked in the lottery this year but my job gets terminated in June 2018, can i still come back to US in Oct 2018 and join my sponsoring organization after getting my visa fully stamped?
2> In case my organization decides to revoke my H1 after my termination (say June 2018), can i transfer my H1 to another employer from India itself via a cap-exempt petition
