On OPT- Filing H1B for the first time- Leaving USA in mid june returning in mid july
Situation:
Hi, Currently I am on initial OPT which expires on January, 21-2019. My employer is filing H1B in April 1st.
Complexity:
I am getting married in June and because of that I have to travel to India from mid June to Mid July. I will be back by July-10 to 15.
Problems:
1- Is it safe to travel during this period?
2- Will I be able to safely enter US if my H1 got selected or not selected?
3- Is there anything else I should be worried about?
4- Is it a better idea to not file my H1B?
5- My future wife also going to apply for F2..Any problem in that case?
