Stamping and travel while petition transfer is under RFE

Hello,

My visa has expired. I left old job and joining new one, new firm has already raised petition transfer and responding to RFE. I had to travel to my home country in the interim. My old petition is still valid, is there a way to get the stamping and travel in this situation? RFE is taking time and I don't want to wait till all is complete.
