I read in "https://www.immihelp.com/h1-visa-transfer-faq/" that we can transfer H1 from employer A to B without any paystubs if we havent worked for employer A and if we are outside US. But I am in US on H4 and I havent worked for employer A so can i directly apply for H1 transfer with employer B without paystubs(change of status from H4 to H1 directly with new employer). Also my designation in approved petition was "sales engineer" can i apply for H1 transfer with new role like"testing engineer" or Business analyst" ? My petition was approved in 2016 and valid till 2019 oct. Pls help
